Animator Malcolm Sutherland admits that making this TMNT animated tribute was a dream come true for his 10-year-old self. It’s charming in a whimsical, breezy kind of way, but I also wish someone would give Sutherland a small budget so he could produce a TMNT web series in this animation style. [via buzzfeed]
